In our catalogue, you will find our complete range of products individually, including their features and nutritional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer two purchasing options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FROZEN PRODUCTS SHOP (BREAD BOX)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>AMBIENT PRODUCTS SHOP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frozen Product Shipping Information: Delivery Times and Time Slots<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the following business day. <strong>Standard delivery time is 24 hours for the Barcelona metropolitan area and 48 hours for the remaining provinces where frozen deliveries are available.<\/strong> If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will contact you by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frozen deliveries are made <strong>Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.<\/strong> Afternoon deliveries are not available. VAT is applied according to current legislation: 4% for all bread and specialty bread products, and 10% for our entire range of gluten-free sweet products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping costs<\/strong> are added during checkout once the delivery details have been entered and are calculated according to the applicable rate for each province. Shipping charges are displayed separately: taxable amount + 21% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-2-xl-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ambient Product Shipping Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ship orders Monday through Friday. The standard shipping rate is \u20ac4.95 (including 21% VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg throughout mainland Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a standard rate of \u20ac8.49 (including 21% VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-2-xl-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Returns and Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of our food and frozen products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing <strong>info@arttpa.com<\/strong>, including your order number and photographs of the products.
