On our website, you can only purchase gluten-free products in “Bread Box” format. In our catalogue, you will find our complete range of products individually, including their features and nutritional information.

We offer two purchasing options:

Frozen Product Shipping Information: Delivery Times and Time Slots

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are shipped the following business day. Standard delivery time is 24 hours for the Barcelona metropolitan area and 48 hours for the remaining provinces where frozen deliveries are available. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will contact you by phone.

Frozen deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Afternoon deliveries are not available. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during these hours.

The shipping cost for frozen products is calculated and displayed at the end of the checkout process once your delivery address and postal code have been entered.

Payment Methods

Credit and debit card payments are securely processed through the Redsys payment gateway.

Prices:

All our Bread Boxes display the final price including VAT. VAT is applied according to current legislation: 4% for all bread and specialty bread products, and 10% for our entire range of gluten-free sweet products.

Shipping costs are added during checkout once the delivery details have been entered and are calculated according to the applicable rate for each province. Shipping charges are displayed separately: taxable amount + 21% VAT.

Ambient Product Shipping Information

Shipping Rates

Ambient products are shipped via standard courier service. The standard shipping rate is €4.95 (including 21% VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg throughout mainland Spain.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a standard rate of €8.49 (including 21% VAT) for parcels up to 5 kg.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our food and frozen products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing info@arttpa.com, including your order number and photographs of the products. We will respond as quickly as possible and provide the most appropriate solution.
